Strategic leadership and company culture are emphasized, providing leaders with the tools to shape and sustain a thriving organization.

In year 3, members focus on refining advanced leadership skills. Modules cover strategic planning, company culture, and accountability. The curriculum emphasizes performance reviews, cultivating high-performance teams, and creating an unparalleled employee experience. We delve into emotional intelligence, stress management, and the identification, development, and promotion of internal leaders. We explore mentorship and self-leadership.
